I m javid ahmad mir From villgam distt. Kupwara state j & k I make a insurance policy through ur company. After 2 months got a accendent with other vechil. Then i m going the authorised workshop and set a claim. After that my vehicle has been completed after 20 days.. I receive my car and ur serviour told in phone i forward ur report after a week... Finally serivour send the report in concerned branch. One month iz gone ur sopore branch is not disburse my claim payment they given me dates there uh com tom uh com thiz date that date. No displine thiz there ur whole sttap is irrespective irresponsible.... From last 2 months m still wating my payment..
