Dear Team, This is regarding the escalation against the National Insurance Company Limited policies of two commercial vehicles to be issued on 22nd Feb'17 I have been regularly doing follow-up with the National Insurance Company team regarding the policies which were supposed to be issued on 22nd feb'2017 for the commercial vehicle no. HR55 X 3929 and HR55 X 4446 with the name of Gagandeep Singh Sethi. The payment of Rs.42316/- has been already done via NEFT on the same day on the below account number and scan copy has also been attached for your reference. Virtual account number NICLEASD[protected] Bank Name: Standard Chartered Bank IFSC: SCBL0036008 Inspite of being on a regular follow up no response has been shown from the National Insurance Company Limited. They are not at all bothered about the loss which i had facing . The vendor has denied to run our vehicles in the company due to non availability of documented proof of the insurance that has been issued. The each day loss of per vehicle is 7000/- and the total of two vehicles for 5 days is (35000 +35000) =70, 000 from 23 to 27 Feb ‘17. Due to the negligance and iresponsible towards the service facing from last 5 days.This big loss i would be claiming against the National Insurance Company Limited. Otherwise if required i will take this concern to the high court. As of now since morning, I was continously in touch with the concern person Mr Tarun Mehta (Service Providor) who was trying to contact to Mr Sanjeev (Employee of National Insurance) however the policy soft/hard copy has not been sent to me yet. I am very much dis-satisfied to the National Insurance Company Limited service and when i had a last call with mr sanjeev at 8pm, i request him to provide me the insurance on an email atleast so that i can forward the same to my vendor that it would not impact on work however the same was not yet send. If the policy has been issued on system on 22nd feb'17 then why it has not been send to the customer yet? I would want the explanation and want the senior department would involve towards the negligance happened and atleast you should aware what kind of sevices your department has providing to the customer. I want my loss of 5 days should be bear and claimed by National Insurance Company Limited so that your department understand the value of customers and others should not suffer ahead.
