[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Health insurance claim payment not received from tpa vipul medcorp pvt. ltd. | |||||
My health insurance policy no. is 361400/48/15/[protected] with your company gurgaon branch. i had a total knee replacement operation at primus hospital new delhi on march 22, 2016. the claim was submitted to vipul medicorp on 6th april 2016. the claim amount is about 4 lakhs. despite answering all their queries to their satisfaction, vipul medicos are not making payment of the claim. they are giving vague answers when contacted on their helpline[protected]. i have sent them e mail reminders also but no satisfactory reply is coming from them. they donot allow access to any senior manager of theirs. my cliaim file no with them is 17rb01naa0329. i have complained to the national insurance company gurgaon divisional office also as they have issued my policy. i donot understand why they are harassing your customers. they should be held accountable for such actions of theirs.
