I invite your attention to my remarks on whatsapp at the time the above vehicle (HR26 BF 5927) remains at the workshop (VKIA Road.9, Prem Motors, jaipur). . I regret informing you after repeated reminders over the telephone that you have not provided a claim and declined to report to me . Therefore I again request you to please send a copy of the insurance claim declined by the company for further necessary legal action against the company and representative of Prem Motors, Jaipur staff for misguide to harassment and financial loss to me. I received claim rejection letter dated 23/07/2021 unsigned proper place /unstamped of company on 19/08/2021 by speed post after lapse of more than 2 month from the date of claim 14/06/2021 . The letter and advised that accident claim was not covered I asked from them vehicle damage claim was lodge after the accident and detail information given in claim form but company surveyor ignore and submit his false report and when I asked him he told me please take up the matter with J.K. Gurbani .
