It is almost three weeks since i submitted the claim with all the supporting documents. But till date the amount is not credited in my account. Please look into the matter and expedite the process

    I am pissed off! Seriously, what a fake organisation you are.

    30 days went passed after the surveyor submitted the claim form. Now they are saying that i need no claim certificate. Which should be internally verified from organisation to organisation. I am fed up reaching you. No one never answers the phone. Never answers the phone. I don't know how to and whom to contact.
    If you have a little bit of shame, please contact me.

    It is gov. Job but at least does 1 % of your salary.

      Application : faulty reimbursement amount settled by heritage tpa national mediclaim pocily number[protected] and claim number-hh[protected]
      Dear sir/mam

      First of all please read national mediclaim policy conditions then read following details.
      Please do needful for following details and please consider following amount for the reimbursement claim.

      Please see the details of deduction in claim number-hh[protected].

      1) hospital room rent 4 days consider.
      Answer: in the file of reimbursement claim it is clearly shows that patient was living
      Hospital room 5 days due to knee replacement surgery. She was not capable to move her leg due to operation. Who is responsible to pay 5th day charges?. (Even heritage/national a doctor was not visited to see patient in 5 days)

      2) 10250 rupees surgeon fees not paid.
      Answer: as per policy holder patient have sum assured sufficient to claim total surgeon fees of amount rupees 59000. So who is responsible to pay surgeon fees?

      3) 895 rupees not paid of medicines by shop.
      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable of 50% of sum assured.

      4) 4062 rupees not paid of medicines by shop.
      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable of 50% of sum assured.

      5) 500 rupees o2/gases not paid.
      Answer: as per policy condition, o2/gases is payable at 50% sum assured.

      6) 1500 rupees pulse oximetery charges not paid.
      Answer : patient was under operation and oximetery charges is not payable. Please see policy condition.

      7) 500 rupees catheterisation charges not paid
      Answer: can you specify at which condition you did not paid it.

      8) 2000 rupees physiotherapist charges not paid.
      Answer : it is clearly paid to petitioner as per policy condition.

      9) 5000 not paid of medical equipment.
      Answer: it is clearly shows in policy that medical and surgical appliance is payable 50% of sum assured.

      10) ot charges rupees 2475 not paid
      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable.

        I had purchased two travel insurance policies in the name of self and my wife for a trip to usa. I incurred a petty sum of $ 250 app. (Of my wife) the bills were not paid in usa through their representative. The policies were issued by their canal road jammu branch with code no. 420803
        I approached the concerend branch many times and also emailed them but with no response and even they never bothered to respond to my quarries.
        I take the pleasure to inform you that if my problem is not solved within 15 days i am free to refer the case to irda.

        I do insurance from nic in 2017 of 6 lalh 90 thousands rupees and my car dameged in accident completly on may 2018.till date tgey dont give me full amount of insurance.at this time 2 lakh fiftten thousands money are not given by nic.so i request u that take a step against nic and give our insurance money.

          I have submitted my car insurance claim 4 weeks ago but it is not settled yet.

          My car policy no. is[protected]. I am continuously trying to reach the contact no. s given by their call center person, but there is no response from those no.s . This is going on since last one month. The local office in Pune is saying contact to Delhi office. but nobody is responding form Delhi office.

          Please look in to it.

            My mother has been admitted into peerless hospital. He had insurance since 2003. Being card no. Ni[protected] and claim control no. Ni -8-3282 of safeway tpa. The are not settle/process the claim for want of policy for 2015-16 which is not readily available. But the receipt for payment of premium the year 2015-16 has been forwarded to them. It is surely unfortunate that the data base which should be with you asking us to submit. But we have submitted the policy copies for other years i. E. 2014-15, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.

            Now please take necessary action in the matter immediately because my patient will released to-day.

                    Admitted on 23 nov in sagar hospital bangalore with h/o cardiac problem, discharged on 26 nov 2018 at 12-08pm. Reached home alone without any support at 9pm (12 kms)

                    Reason; insurance clearance not received until 6-00 pm. Why?

                      Kindly refer damage claim of s. K. Tikoo in respect of policy no:-[protected]/2014/36-998/15 submitted on[protected] followed by reminder dated[protected] & several personal visits to you - last one on[protected] when you promised & assured redressal within a week.
                      As you are aware that your surveyor sh. Agya paul sangram mob. No-[protected] had submitted a wrong inspection report for want of "hush money" (Kharcha pani) which was denied to him as it amounted to dishonesty with a genuine claim.
                      Since, the date of my last meeting with you to this date of e-mail, more than eight months have gone by bit the claim of the company of prompt service, hassle-free process & fair settlement appears to be totally farce.
                      I am sanguine, that you will fulfill your promise to save the image of the company from getting tarnished please.

                        My above claim number has been approved on 1st nov 18, and the amount not received yet. I have enquired many time in your kozhikode mavoor road office and the staff are giving very vage information, more over the staff behave rudly and never give a correct guidance, they give vage information like "you enquir after 4, 5, days, or whenever i call them they say you will get it within two days.

                        Ihave never experienced such a behavior fromany office.

                          Hi Guys..!

                          I've sent an application regarding my medical claim reimbursement with all the documents in 2nd week of Oct.
                          after that i've received a sms on my mobile saying that some additional documents are required and they also said that they alread sent an email regarding the same, but i've not received any email from them.

                          When i contacted customer service regarding the same, the customer care executive replied like " sir we don't have your email id, so we didn't send email to you" when i enquired about the pending documents executive provided information.

                          But i've already sent all the documents along with application only. However i've sent one more time the requested documents throught email on 17th Oct.
                          since then i've communicated 4 times(on 24th Oct, 30th Oct, 4th Oct and 8th Nov) withe customer executives but every time they are telling the same story like "we are not recieved any email" and also they said that they are escalated the issue higher mangers.

                          and i'm not getting any updates regarding the claim status/escalation status.

                          Can someone please look into it asap?

                          Note: Customer care executives are not giving proper information other than "concern team is working on it" and the worst part is when ever i call them they simply give an update like 3documents are pending, again i've to tell whole story to them then they will put me hold for 3-4 mins and simple they will come up with beautiful ans as "i've esclated and concern team is working on it".

                          and one more worst part is they even don;t know the grievances email id they are asking me to send emails to [protected]@fhpl.net instead of [protected]@fhpl.net.

                          and i've sent emails to [protected]@fhpl.net regarding the same but no responce from them.

                            After a lot of personal visit/reminders and phone calls and after making complaints with the greivance cell (After a lapse of more than 1 year and 3 months), national insurance co, ms. Priyanka d nawale, administrative officer, dab-12 (2), mbro-ii has informed that the amount of rs.28170/- has been sanctioned and send to my bank account vide utr no. Kkbk[protected] on 01/10/2018. However, till date the amount is not recieved. Number of call has been made to ms. Priyanka but my payment is not recieved. - murugan [protected]- [protected]@rediffmail.com

                              Myfour wheeler insurance policy number is[protected] of my car number pb08da4081. There is gst amount of rs 1200 in the policy in the name of steelco india, 43, globe colony, jalandhar. My gst number 03aacfs6617b1zp already mentioned in the policy. But when i file my gstr return, there is no amount of 1, 200 is shown from your side. Kindly update in your gst return of rs 1, 200.00 so i can claim gst amount in my returns.                                 I started my claim process since 3rd june and still i am not getting any updates.
                                I had send all the documents to them and also i received a reply saying that they received courier but they are not providing any updates after that.
                                How much i have to wait to for mediclaim because it it almost 6 months.

                                  Sir my car insurance policy[protected] with nic @25% ncb. My car kept at home on 10/08/18 when i came back to indore get noticed that windshield glass n cawltop grill of my car was broken the car start but not moving frwrd or reverse. I contact repairer motocraft car care they towed the car to wrkshp their they found rainwater ingress in car and two module gear control module n radio remote module were drowned in logged water they open the module n found it badly damaged n inoperative due to water ingres
                                  Then i reported the said loss n claim to nic the surwyr survey the loss n now nic people allowing only windshield and deny the claim for module damaged due to rain water. I m a layman and they were asking for technical clarification from me
                                  As more then 85 days are passed n case is still pending no action yet initiated so i need to file a complaint against nic
                                  Kindly look into the matter n do the need ful to resolve the issue

                                    My policy no is[protected] and have lodged mediclaim with TPA Medsave. They have approved the claim on 22.10.2018 for Rs 161908/-. But NICL(insurer) has not paid the amount till date. we request you to instruct them to arrange to credit the amount in my account immediately. Please do the needful. Your action at an early date will be appreciated.
