Iam sadanand ghode having mediclaim policy boi national swasthya bima policy no.321001/50/17/10000041 md i'd no [protected] claim no.4294799, availed health check-up under the terms of policy at rajshree apollo hospital indore on dt7/8/2018 and submitted all the required documents to tpa md india indore office on dt7 21/8/18. After several requests for settlement of claim but they are still not done any thing about this only sent messages that you claim is process.

    The reimbursement claim had been submitted in the last week of october 2018.

    Your online portal on the current reimbursement claim status shows: ccn reported to ic for payment easi


    It has been almost two and a half months and i am yet to get any intimation about the status of the reimbursement.

    I had got in touch with tpa genins india insurance tpa ltd. By email dated 19th january 2019, genins has confirmd the following:

    "this is to inform you that the above mentioned claim files have settled.

    Ni[protected].1 - settled rs. 6899/-. Settled amount will send to division – v for payment.
    Ni[protected].2 – settled rs. 5655/-. Settled amount sent to do-v for payment.

      I have submitted my accident claim[protected] app. 3 months back and i have not received any information nor any claim amount from the national insurance company.
      My agent has contacted them, but still claim is unsettled
      I have also tried to contact them but their landline is out of order
      I am paying their premium since last 20 years but these is first i have claimed

        I am working as a agent for national insurance company, nagaon branch, assam.company give commission to me after deducted my tds and after income tax return i get partial of those amount.but 2017-18 financial year company didn't submitted the whole deducted amount to income tax department and i will not get eligible amount from income tax department.

          My father got cataract and we had 8 yrs old mediclaim policy and this is tha second time we had a issue regarding payment last time also didnt get our medicines bill reimbursement. There is no contact number working to check approval or status all are showing not in use. This time they asked for last 4 years policy, i provide the same.
          Than they asked for some vb64 payment certificate, i provide to them. Now we got a call that your approval is rejected. Why all gov department work like that we are suffeeing from last 15 days. That is the benifits received by 8year old customer. Sir if i calculate we submit around 80000 of our hard earned money to national insurance and got nothing.

          Please help me.

            One h s sagar rps ngf shivanna filed a claim petition during 2015 before mact, mandya in mvc. No.646/2015, after contesting the matter the mact, maddur was pleased to passed the judgment and award on[protected], counsel appearing on behalf of national insurance company-shivanna did not taken any steps to deposit the award amount before the court. Without alternative the petitioner now filed a execution petition in ex. No.86/2018, same is come to the knowledge of the said counsel, but the said counsel is not taken any legal steps in depositing the award amount before the court of law, due to that interest amount is raising, hence this complaint be pleased to issue necessary directions to the concerned staffs or officers of other penal advocates to deposit the award amount as early as possible.

              Jayesh and abhay are national insurance vasai branch staff my client had submitted is claim papers on 19th december but calim has been not settleted from last 1week we are calling them but they both or not giving bit response also about claim prosses whenever we call they sometimes say server is low, sometimes say call later and else they dont pick up the phone today i said them that i will compalin and say to take action against your job then they said do whatever you want to do my clinet policy no is[protected] here by given by me plz see to it and give rply as soon as possible.

                I have been their client from 15 - 20 years, after paying premium for so long, when i finally submitted my first claim their tpa refused 1/3rd of my claim.

                Even when i repeatedly gave them the clause numbers of my policy documents proving my claim as right they continued to refuse my claim. When i esclated the matter to national insurance higher managers, they just forwarded my mails to the tpa and did nothing about my issues.

                Out of my total claim of rs. 2, 75, 000/- rs. 72000/- of genuine claim was refused.

                    1. My mother-in-law, suffered itbvro (Internal branch retinal vein occlusion) in 2017 during the 1st year of health insurance policy (Sr. Citizen's policy with national insurance corpn).
                    2. She was treated at disha eye hospitals, twice on 3/4/17 & 6/5/17. But nic rejected the mediclaims saying it is not payable as one of the medicines (Accentrix injection) used in treatment is not payable.
                    3. When contacted, the nic barrackpore office and medsave (The tpa) told me that accentrix injection is also used in cataract surgery and cataract surgery is not payable (As per clause 4.3 of the policy) in 1st year of policy.
                    4. They asked for the clarification of the doctor at disha hospitals, who (The surgeon at disha) certified on 20/12/17, that this disease (Itbvro) is not related to cataract.
                    5. Still nic rejected the claim on 4/5/18.
                    6. When contacted again, medsave, the tpa, asked me to submit a certification from the doctor at disha that the treatment was not just for administering accentrix injection, which the doctor certified in september 2018 and the claim file was again sent from nic to medsave.
                    7. Now medsave/nic is rejecting the claim saying itbvro is not covered under 1st policy year.
                    8. But as per the policy prospectus except cataract surgery, all other eye surgeries are payable.
                    So please look into the matter and the harassment by the nic/medsave.

                      I have submitted rembursmnet claim before 2 months and it's processed on 21st nov still i will not get any disbursement from your side every day when i call md india coustomer they used to say your complaint has been raised we can not file another complaint nor they are having right contact number of tpa office may i know when will i get disbursement. Please do the needful regarding my claim other wise i have to go the consumer forum

                        On 7 December 2018 I have upgraded my car insurance bearing reg no JK02AC5711 TILL Date I have no received any call from Maruti insurance. What and why delay who is responsible my insurance. I will take strict action legally through hight court

                              Dear sir/mam,
                              I am from bangalore and i have and yellow board car in bangalore which attached on uber pvt. Ltd. My car have current[protected] car insurance on national insurance still february 2019. On yesterday night some small accident happened with my car some one hit my car from back side and it's bend. So i want to ask, can i get that insurance claim amount for repair my car.

                                I have taken policy of national insurance company from policy bazaar. Policy no is
                                1) policy no.[protected] (26/05/2018 to 25/05/2019)
                                2) insured:-mr. Abhijeet chandekar
                                3) veh no. Cg-10-am-6702
                                4) date of loss 23/09/2018
                                I had submitted all required documents for claim. Which is already accepted and no pending documents are there for my claim.
                                I am requesting for my claim amount but since october i have not recieved my claim as company is saying my policy is not reflecting for payment i their system.
                                The policy is authentic and is bought online but this delayed in payment is giving me lots of financial problem.

                                Please solve my problem at the earliest.

                                    I am pissed off! Seriously, what a fake organisation you are.

                                    30 days went passed after the surveyor submitted the claim form. Now they are saying that i need no claim certificate. Which should be internally verified from organisation to organisation. I am fed up reaching you. No one never answers the phone. Never answers the phone. I don't know how to and whom to contact.
                                    If you have a little bit of shame, please contact me.

                                    It is gov. Job but at least does 1 % of your salary.

                                      First of all please read national mediclaim policy conditions then read following details.
                                      Please do needful for following details and please consider following amount for the reimbursement claim.

                                      Please see the details of deduction in claim number-hh[protected].

                                      1) hospital room rent 4 days consider.
                                      Answer: in the file of reimbursement claim it is clearly shows that patient was living
                                      Hospital room 5 days due to knee replacement surgery. She was not capable to move her leg due to operation. Who is responsible to pay 5th day charges?. (Even heritage/national a doctor was not visited to see patient in 5 days)

                                      2) 10250 rupees surgeon fees not paid.
                                      Answer: as per policy holder patient have sum assured sufficient to claim total surgeon fees of amount rupees 59000. So who is responsible to pay surgeon fees?

                                      3) 895 rupees not paid of medicines by shop.
                                      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable of 50% of sum assured.

                                      4) 4062 rupees not paid of medicines by shop.
                                      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable of 50% of sum assured.

                                      5) 500 rupees o2/gases not paid.
                                      Answer: as per policy condition, o2/gases is payable at 50% sum assured.

                                      6) 1500 rupees pulse oximetery charges not paid.
                                      Answer : patient was under operation and oximetery charges is not payable. Please see policy condition.

                                      7) 500 rupees catheterisation charges not paid
                                      Answer: can you specify at which condition you did not paid it.

                                      8) 2000 rupees physiotherapist charges not paid.
                                      Answer : it is clearly paid to petitioner as per policy condition.

                                      9) 5000 not paid of medical equipment.
                                      Answer: it is clearly shows in policy that medical and surgical appliance is payable 50% of sum assured.

                                      10) ot charges rupees 2475 not paid
                                      Answer: as per policy condition it is payable.

                                        I had purchased two travel insurance policies in the name of self and my wife for a trip to usa. I incurred a petty sum of $ 250 app. (Of my wife) the bills were not paid in usa through their representative. The policies were issued by their canal road jammu branch with code no. 420803
                                        I approached the concerend branch many times and also emailed them but with no response and even they never bothered to respond to my quarries.
                                        I take the pleasure to inform you that if my problem is not solved within 15 days i am free to refer the case to irda.
