We my husband 84 yrs & myself 75 yrs, have been paying our regular dues regularly for years.
On 8th &9th aug 2019 i, ahalya kumar was admitted in columbia asia hospital.
Have all the concerned policy nos, details, adhaar card etc to the hospital. On 10th when i was discharged at 1 pm, the hospital authorities we had waited for insurance to come through to wait for 4-5 hours, we waited till 10.30 pm exhausted with no response from national insurance co.
Till today no response and their two now are not working.
We are frustrated &b tired to fight, who will help us. Why should we have health insurance, if this is the way we are treated?
