On 04/07/2018 (8:00 PM) I had an accident that damaged my Honda Activa 3G Scooter; vehicle No. WB-70G-8625. I did a claim of Rs.15, 730 on 05/07/2018. My claim No. is[protected] & Policy No. is[protected]. On 14/06/2019 I received a letter from your Siliguri Division Office bearing Ref No. 150600/Claim/AS/SWB/2019 Dt: 06/06/2019 where I was asked to submit my repairing money receipt again. Then on 20/06/2019 I sent the receipt via Speed Post but till now my claim is pending.
So, I, request you to please do the needful and settle my claim as soon as possible.

    My claim in policy no[protected] we send claim, after we recieved letter dated 19/03/19 from national insurance in letter adr we given in malad, national insurance branch, branch send claim paper/claim file to madesave tpa in month of april that i conform by telephone my file is received in tpa by staff anushka madam on 24 april after that i call tpa on 27/05/2019 (On[protected] at 4.20 p. M and 09/06/2019 at 4.17 p. M[protected] but still is pending answer by tpa after that i personaly go to tpa office at marine lines, above parsi dairy on 13 august, that time she say we send as soon as your claim money but still today we are not receved any claim money so please give replay in [protected]@gmail {any letter not recieved by post or courrier) so we waiting for your replay

        I satish goel is holding mediclaim policy of national insurance along with 6 to 7 policy of my family members as we are in joint family.. We are holding policies from last decade.

        I have applied for medicalim for treatment of my wife renu goel in january 2018 and her treatment continued for one year.

        Few claims were settled by tpa i. E medi assist and i applied for reimbursement of calim timely basis keeping in view the guidelines of tpa and national insurance.

        Three claims submitted by me not yet processed and every time when asked useless revert recived from tpa.
        We have submitted or responded to all the queries raised and now tpa is not processing the claims and not providing valid reasons too.
        Every time the statement of tpa is different on questioning them.
        Since my wife passed away on 20th january 2019 and the particular three claims filed were before her death.
        I waited for almost one year then filing a complaint when no reaponse received from tpa and national insurance.
        Everytime i only asked for status and everytime new statement received and though which itself also satisfied.
        So now we want earliest possible solution to our problem.

        how long will people sitting at higher position need time to respond for a simple and genuine query or compalint raised.
        I think they are just enjoying the benefits of the position and are inefficient.
        Such a huge and national company shows such kind o[censored]nprofessionalism then who will trust .

          We had motor insurance with national insurance company.
          Our car caught fire in the mid-night of 12th june. Claim intimated by visiting local branch office but intimation was not done until third visit. Claim intimated on 26 june 2019 according to the website but intimation first attempted on 13th june 2019. Surveyor deputed on 28th june 2019. Surveyor visited on 29th june 2019. Since then there is no contact from the insurer. No reply to emails or calls.

          It's very hard to trust such insurance company and policy bazar. This is the first time we actually had the situation to lodge claim for motor loss. National insurance company is not responding or delaying the process.

          Please avoid national insurance company for motor insurance. We are struggling to make a contact with them for our claim.

            I was paid renewal premium of rs. 6214/- (Rupees six thousand two hundred fourteen only) on dt. 04th december 2018 through d. D. No. 343376 from my saving account.

            I haven't received my policy now till date
            10 months already done from december 2018 to september 2019 but didn't received my policy

              I daleep kumar dhar medicalim policy holder no 360203/50/18/0006130. I had gone a transposition of vain surgery in a private hospital and submitted my claim for rs 21140.00 to park mediclaiml insurance tpa p ltd who are the handling agents of national insurance company. After 3 months they refused to pay this amount saying that hospital is not registered, but last year they paid my claim through the same hospital where i had made av fitsula surgery.

                    We my husband 84 yrs & myself 75 yrs, have been paying our regular dues regularly for years.
                    On 8th &9th aug 2019 i, ahalya kumar was admitted in columbia asia hospital.
                    Have all the concerned policy nos, details, adhaar card etc to the hospital. On 10th when i was discharged at 1 pm, the hospital authorities we had waited for insurance to come through to wait for 4-5 hours, we waited till 10.30 pm exhausted with no response from national insurance co.
                    Till today no response and their two now are not working.
                    We are frustrated &b tired to fight, who will help us. Why should we have health insurance, if this is the way we are treated?

                                I am mohan lal. My bike is damaged by accident. So i claim the insurence but still here my mcycle's two layes are dammged. But your surveyer only approved only one laye. So i don't satisfied for that case because i can ask to claim all the layes but he asking me to that are not possible if your company is not my bike parts is broken that are broken so why i am paying for the insurence.in 2017 i claim for the bike tank. There is a list of decided cases in which either the awards have been paid, or the nic was exempted from any of the liability. But my counsel's fee amounting rs. 2.5 lacks approx. My car (Ch03n 0740) has damaged with a little accident and handed over for maintenance work and insurance formalities to car clinic workshop plot number 81, industrial area zone 2, chandigarh on 22/06/209.                                         With due respect i would like to state that on 24.05.2019 my wife dolan mondal was suffering from severe headache and admitted to health world hospital, durgapur. I have a mediclaim policy under national insurance company. My policy no. Is [protected] and i was applied for a claim for the same. But on 25.05.2019 i was informed that my claim was rejected as per information that the patient could be treated at opd. As a result the hospital got a denial letter and forwarded to my email. But as my wife was in still pain and under the treatment of hospital, they informed me that her treatment is under process and they've to go through some more investigations. At last they took some fluid from lumber and got a result that there is some viral infection into the brain. As per doctor advice i came to know that lumber puncture could not be possible at opd. Hence i hospital was treated her in indoor basis.
                                        After i got the first denial letter on 25.05.2019, hospital once again process for the claim because of the lumber puncture which could be possible without getting indoor treatment. But it was denied again and when i mailed them and asked for the reason for the deny they did not furnished any kind of information to me.
                                        Now i just request to you that please take action in this regard that why national insurance company avoid to issue the 2nd denial letter and obliged.
                                        National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
