Today i was discharged from Fortis Hospital Vashi after having a Operation . the Insurance Coordinator in the hospital sent the CLAIM amount of (1, 83, 004 INR) t0 DHS but the approved amount was only (97, 000). when checked with DHS HO CASHLESS Department no any responce .but it was still not clear why was the amount deducted for claim of (83, 004). DHS Cashless department wants us to check with the Hospital and the Hospital team wants us to check with the Insurance (DHS). & my parents were asked to pay the amount of approx (83, 0004INR)This experience was totally unsatisfactory and NON reliable as a customer & Patient. please take action against this fraud company . my contact no : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
