National Insurance Company — medical claim passed but money not received

Policy no:[protected], claim no :- hh[protected] dated[protected], as per sms received from tpa claim passed on[protected] but till today[protected] money not received. After every follow up answer get it will take time - it will take time.
I don't understand why they don't give proper response? Why they want to hold the claim money?
