Dear Sir, I had submitted my claim for Right Eye cataract operation for Rs.37, 550/- on 4th January, 2021 with Heritage Health Care TPA at their Vadodara Branch. After constant follow-up I received quarry on 16th February, 2021. (after lapse of nearly 42 days). I replied to the quarry on 16th February, 2021. As on to-day status of my claim is not updated. On inquiring with their Mumbai and Kalkata Office I getting stereotype reply "Claim is under process". Surprisingly on advice of Mumbai office when I approached Kaklkata office one Mr.Haider asked me to let him know where their Vadodara office forwarded the papers? Is customer is suppose to know the internal procedure or chain of process? My I card No.HHS1.[protected] and employee No.7170 Indian Bank Ex-Award Staff.Policy No.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
