Reference number: [protected] Wrt the above reference number, the reimbursement is accepted and approved but the amount is not credited because of bank details were not provided. Even after sending an email with bank details amount is not credited saying documents sent was not clearly visible. However, i am not getting any updates/emails only when i call the person will give the information about pending process/status. I had renewal my bike policy at National insurance company with policy no[protected] and transition ID no CMES[protected], through SBI credit card, payment deduct my account Rs 1269.00 date 18.09.2017, but not renewal my policy. I have contact with customer care many times but no response. Any quary please my cell no [protected].
