National Insurance Company — Motorcycle claim issue

Hi. My name is Amarjit singh.my motorcycle PB46H0647 got stolen in 2014. I made a complaint in police station and informed to national Insurance on tge same time . He asked me to wait and asked to me get a copy of non traceable certificate from police. When i got this certificate, i went straight to insurance officer but he said its too late know. He didn't listen any thing. It was very disappointing. Please look into this matter and help to get my claim. i was a regular customer of national insurance.
