National Insurance Company — New policy document not generated even after payment success while online renewal | |||||
Today I renewed my national mediclaim policy online from https://nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in/portal/page/portal/Corporate/Home/Renew...⇄ as per the link provided by live chat agent. Policy Number :[protected] Name: Subhadip Majumder. My payment of 12058 was successful and my account also got debited by 12058 but after long time of processing the page showed that though payment was successful it failed to generate the new policy paper and instead I am just provided with a transaction number EASI[protected] . I mailed to NIC.[protected]@nic.co.in but no reply. I am enclosing both the screenshot of that page and also my bank account debit screenshot as proof. please send me downloadable policy paper at earliest to my email id to Email : [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
