National Insurance Company — Non receipt of Motor car insurance Policy renewed on line

I have paid Rs.6305/-the towards the renewal insurance policy No[protected]. of my Motor Car No.KL11AJ 6006 on14-6-21at 11.44am as per transaction No.625310 by using debit card of SBI . But till date I have neither received my policy renewed nor any reply received. i have sent two e mail message on 16/6/21and 18/6/21. Both are unanswered. The existing policy will expire on 29/6/21 and therefore I need the policy renewed immediately.

Updated by balu15647 My insurance policy No.[protected] of National insurance company of my Motor Car AJ 6006 not got renewed though i have paid the renewal fee of 6305[- by online using debit card of SBI as per transactionNo.625310. The policy will expire on 29-6-21
