National Insurance Company — Non receipt of online car insurance Policy/ Refund of money paid online | |||
Ref: Transaction ID: CMES[protected] for Rs. 6607/- Sir, I was holding a car insurance policy by National Insurance company for the year 2015-16 (No.[protected]). The policy renewal was tried to be carried out online vide transaction ID CMES[protected] for Rs. 6607/-. For this renewal; I have not received the renewed policy till date. It has been more than a month that this transaction was carried out. The money is deducted from my credit card and has not been refunded back. So it may be noted that I have neither received the new policy for the year 2016-17 nor money has been credited back. It is therefore requested that my money may be refunded back at the earliest.
