National Insurance Company — non receipt of online payment receipt of annual mediclaim premium of rs.16879/- against policy no.[protected] on 01.09.2017 | |||
On 01.09.2017 i have submitted payment of rs.16879/- online against my punjab national bank debit card for renewal of mediclaim against policy insurance no.[protected]. Unfortunately, after completion of payment procedure a status report shown as 'the requested resource is not available'. On verification of my bank account balance i subsequently found that the abovesaid amount of rs.16879/- has been debited from my account. I also received mobile message from my bank showing debit of the above amount. Since i have not received any receipt of the above payment and also not received the renewed policy, i would request for immediate issuance of receipt of rs.16879/- against renewal of policy and arrange to issue the renewed policy showing the details in my mail id abhijit. [protected]@hotmail.com and mobile no [protected]. I made payment before the schedule date of the policy upto 08.09.17. An immediate confirmation is solicited. Thanking you, Abhijit kumar palit.
