Dear sir,
For renewal of my two wheeler policy, i made a transaction of rs.886.00 on 22/04/2017 14.40 through net banking with ref. No igabehrze7. There is no response from you till now. Kindly confirm the receipt of the amount and arrange policy document at the earliest. I sent e mail to nic... Which i got from your customer care. But i didnt get any reply to that mail till now. So kindly provide the transaction no to generate the policy

My policy no. Is[protected] .issue dt. 09.0302017.as on today we don't received my heath id card from national insurance or health india .
We are requesting you to please issue my id card as soon as possible.
