My self jatan kumar i take the medical policy no 351200/48/16/[protected] through the bank of india branch office rajindra place new delhi tie up with national insurance company do12 padam singh road i had been go to the many times go to branch and number many of times make the call but not response the national insurance company padam singh road karol bagh do12 new delhi and not send the policy my bank not in send my residence so take the immediately action soon as possible its harassment to me also bank deduction in my accounts timely in months of april 2017 so you are requested to please see the matter soon as possible
