My Cousin is admitted to hospital for operation. Hospital says submit Policy papers. Which are not received. Policy is renewed in July 2016. We have group from pune who allways reniew through Sanjivani from Mumbai. My cousin, Mr. Anil Chadwa is admited to Pune Hospital on 2nd March 2017. Applied for cash less mediclaim.
