My Suzuki Swift Dezair accident complaint reported on 16th August 2016.Completion bill with all document submitted on 30th August 2016.The total amount was 27400/- but paid only18998 at on 7th October 2016.When I asked the policy of my vehicle was Bumber to Bumber insurance. Then why deducted and delayed my claim Same I asked the Kottarakara National Insurence company office (Kollam Dist, Kerala), they replied that "the amount deducted, because it was not full coverage(this is not my mistake.I asked full coverage policy) and the delay due to the surveyor's fault".
