Why my medicliam rejected? While i pay my emi on time & i took mediclaim policy 0n 06/01/2009 &it is continue without any break. Why i wasnot given written term&condition of policy &tpa. The same tpa had settled the same case of same patient &same hospital on 24/09/2014. My 65 family members are also running same policy since 06/01/2009&pay our emi before due date.
