National Insurance Company — Regarding settlement of insurance claim of my car

Dear Sir, I had to apply for an accidental claim for my car as my car got hit in Delhi on 07 Mar 14.I got my car repaired from Volkswagen workshop, Delhi and my policy is from National Insurance Company, Jamnagar. I received my car from the service center on 21 Mar 14 and it took more than a month for the company to settle my claim on 05 May 14. I had to personally run behind all concerned officials of the company to get the documentation done. I also dealt with Mr Chitroda who is looking after NIC branch in Jamnagar but his response was very negative. He asked me to submit documents on piecemeal basis and even after submitting all the documents by me, he was not willing to release the payment.I also lodged the complaint on grievance forum of the company but the matter was not resolved.I request you to kindly guide me for taking strict action against the concerned.
