My bike both rc and insurance last two years on my name and they reject the claim with reason last insurance is not own your name.Now i attach both insurance and rc and your branch reply letter.Please solve the issue.

When I renew the insurance then they have not asked any thing and renew the insurance on my name .and when I claim the insurance then they said u taken no claim bonus, how I know u asked money I give u renew my insurance. But is internal term and condition when u don't know then how i know... At time of claim u reject then why u done insurance. I have not satisfied with nic insurance. When ur employee done insurance without know guidelines then how customer know.. ihave given full money and never trust on insurance companies rule because their agenet have no knowledge and customer are responsible for that

mam i have put my claim ON DEC3 2016 .and they say we have technical issue, or you call after 15 days .after 4 month they send a letter that we reject ur claim on date 4 apr. when i call and ask some information they say u have enough time, we have not..ap hmare office aa jao and cut the phone.
i am working in bank of baroda its very difficult to take leave and came in nic office una at 115 km.
totally mentally haresment from 5 month..
why i do insurance with nic...and why i put my energy for nic insurance to my bank customer.if yoy behave like this.
very bad behavour o[censored]na branch nic staff.
