National Insurance Company — replacement of rudely behaved mediclaim insurance agent | |||||
My name is susanta kumar basu aged 73 years i have one mediclaim insurance policy no[protected] customer code-[protected] next date of renewal is 11th. March 2019 at division-xxi at bidhan nagore road kolkata700067 contact no[protected]. My present agent had never visited my resendence he works through sub agent last year ihad personally telephoned him for collection of premium cheque but he bluntly refused to see me and refused to do any service to me but it is partinent that he got his share of commission out of my premium paid i tried last year complaining against his mis behaviour to the divisional manager of national insurance co. Bidhannagore road division-xxi however at the last moment i was able to pay the premium through other agent of other division after much difficulties now this year also identical incident shall happen i donot know how shall i get rid of that arrogant agent arunjyoti mondal ihad written several mails to customer care and other top officials but received no reply till today. I want immediate change of agent so that commission out of my premium may not reach pocket of that agent. Was this information helpful? | |||||
