Dear sir/madam wrong policy issue for my vehicle no-W B-40AE2709 by national insurance on 22.03.20017;durgapur division office . Inspite of repeated request for rectification same has not been rectified by the concerned branch. I have taken up the mater with branch manager but no help provided to me . Requites your kind co-operation for cancellation of the wrong policy and issue a rectified policy for my vehicle.
