National Insurance — Delaying purposely in processing the mediclaim

Sir, My claim (Claim No.[protected] under the Silver Pan - Happy Family Floater Policy (Policy number:332400/48/2015/28 ) on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 with following details: Patient Name : ANKUR SINHA (Wife) Proposer Name : ANSHUMAN SINHA () Proposed Date Of Hospitalization : Thursday, June 5, 2014 - Saturday, June 7, 2014 Hospitalization / Treatment At : pushpdeep trauma replacement and spine clinic. Nature Of Illness : fell down injury Discripancy Letter No : EMSL/DISC/102014/373046 Agent Code : NA(NA[protected]) Development Code : NA(NA[protected]) is being purposely delayed and we have been harassed for papers which we have already submitted . Both Oriantal, Bhagalpur and E-Mediteck, Patna is continuously delaying the process by creating confusions and asking Same papers to submit. You can check the Trail Mails below . Please help us to solve this issue and guide us how can we take action against both the agencies so that they cant abuse the customers by delaying and harassing the customers even after submitting all the papers. I would like to file case through Consumer forum as well as human right commission along with IRDA against them, Kindly guide if there is any other agencies where we can fight against this kind of insurance and TPA agencies .
