Not received insurance claim so far

I had an accidental Hyundai i10 which I got repaired from Dee Hyundai Allahabad service center.i was billed with rs.36, 906 which I have paid from my own pocket.I have a valid insurance with NIC but the claim settler Manoj Srivastava is turning a a deaf ear to my claim by delaying the process.Kindly take necessary action against them.I have attached a picture of the invoice ....

Non clearance of claim on the basis of no intimation

Time consuming Process

Branch Rajkot, Gujarat.. I have got national insurance policy insured my bike. After 3 Years my bike has been stolen so I am in the process since last 4 months every time I go there they ask for something new. The agent can meet only after 7 pm. because he told that he has lot of other work. Any other insurance company doesn't ask for these many documents. Then y only National Insurance. I have visited Rajkot branch for at least 20 times....
