Address:Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh

Dear Sir/Madam, At the very outset, let me say that it pains me to see that one can have such serious problems and disappointments while dealing with a company from the esteemed Tata group -- considered to be one of India's most reputed and truthful firms. I have had an extremely torrid experience with one of your dealerships since I handed over my car to them for repairs following an accident. I sincerely hope this mail helps me sort out the issue and restore my faith in your customer services. I own a Tata Sumo Gold Car that I purchased from M/s Krishna Motors, Chhindwara in 2013. The executive who attended me and helped me in the deal was Mr. Kailash (M: [protected]). Other details of the vehicle are mentioned at the end of the mail. The accident happened on 28th March, which caused some damage to the vehicle. I contacted Krishna Motors the very following day and they sent Mr. Rajeev Upadhyay (Mobile no. : [protected]) from National Insurance Company. He conducted the survey and we completed other formalities on the same day, thus handing over my car to Krishna Motors on March 29th. Please note the above date again and you can see that it has been almost two months now but despite repeated calls and follow-ups, all that Mr. Kailash has done is make false promises and delay the delivery of my car. He has been telling me ``it will be done in 15 days'' since the time this issue began. Fed up of all this, I contacted your regional office in Jabalpur yesterday and was surprised to be told that the company has cancelled dealership for Krishna Motors. I am shocked at how a company of your repute can make such a decision without first ensuring that the interests of its customers and the services offered to them are not compromised in such cases. I can see now why Krishna Motors doesn't feel any obligation or responsibility to solve this issue, because they do not have any interest left after the termination of dealership. It is only me who is left in limbo. That leaves me extremely concerned about the status of my car's repairs and also the authenticity of the work. I wonder whether they will follow the best practices and use authentic parts etc. when repairing my car. Are you willing to assure me?? Isn't this what I should be expecting from the great Tata Group?? I sincerely urge you to look into this matter and treat in on priority basis.
