Fraudulent transaction

On 05th April, 2021, while browsing through Facebook, I found an advertisement with regard to recharge plans of Jio for Rs. 549. I immediately recharged for my mobile number [protected] and my spouse's number [protected]. Rs. 1098(2 *549) was deducted from my savings account. I paid my electricity bill ₹2079 to TANGEDCO TNEB through bbps.online sbi.
The transaction failed at the last minute but money was debited from my account.

Payment not credited to merchant account

I have made two transaction of Rs. 292 to local shopkeeper related to groceries purchase via bhim scan and pay. But the amount did not got credited to merchant account, but got debited from my account. I have raised complaint to bhim also, but it is almost a month, I haven't received my amount, neither the merchant(as confirmed by him).

Payment made to wrong account

I had made a payment through the UPI app Google pay in Decemeber 2020 of Rs. 25, 000/-. while making the payment by mistakenly the last two digits of the account number got interchanged and the payment was credited to the wrong account number.
