Dear support,
recently i've made a recharge from my jio app for my number on 02.04.2023, ending with (390177) and made payment through paytm(upi) with bank linked with union bank of india.
As payment is successful from paytm and amount debited from bank.
But in my jio app rechge shows failed and till now refund not initiated from paytm or bank.
Paytm support saying there is no issue from us and jio support saying we don't receive the payment.
Now what should a consumer do in this case as both merchant and paytm saying there is no issue of them,
then where is the money stuck.

National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly solve my issues because i get know still I can apply My scholarship please try to solve my problem.
