My transaction was failed on 9th sept 2020 while transacting through google pay upi. But the money debited from my account not credited back within the expected time. The money not even sent to the receiver account.After that I have requested google pay to resolve the issue but no resolution found till date.they don't even respond to my issue.
so be kind enough to resolve my issue and I want justice for this kind of harassing service provided by google pay.
I herewith submit the details of my transaction for your better information.

    Dear Sir/ Madam I have sent money via UPI Using Indian bank Bhim App. Amount is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary. I also raised complain to bank’s online portal and also given written application to the branch. They told me to wait for 1 week. But, now its 45 days since transaction neither amount is refunded nor credited to beneficiary account. After 30 days of waiting i again visited to branch they told me that everything is in NPCI hand. Please take action as this is so frustrated.
    Date and time of transaction- 29 Aug 9:49PM.
    I also mention the screenshot of transaction in which all details is given.

      Sir my name is SHEFALI KUMARI mera SBI adityapur bazar jamshedpur me account open kiya tha aadhar link ho gya tha. but mera account one year baad automatic close ho gaya.to maine phir se new account open kiya .to new account me npci adhaar link nahi ho pa raha h.sbi bank adityapur bol raha h ki aapka pahle wala closed account hi me aadhar link hata nahi h. Isliye abhi new account me link nahi ho pa raha h.to humko old account se aadhar link kaise hatega.

          What is the range of amount can i transfer through UPI per day and i am not send amount above one lak then why do you set limit for my BHIM UPI account. I have been facing problem limit exceeded while transfer through phonepe or google pay. Please set my UPI limit to one lak rupees.

            On 13th Sept, 2020, i have transferred the money of Rs. 3000 from my Canara bank account to my Friend Hrishikesh via BHIM UPI. The amount is debited from my account but it is not received by the beneficiary account.
            Till now the status of that transaction show pending in BHIMUPI app.
            When i try to contact the BHIM UPI customer care executive either the call is being cut or not being received..

              My friend has sent me 2000 rs. From SBI acc.with the help of phonepe app. The money has received in my phonepe acc.but doesn't reflected in my BOB bank acc. After many complaints with all of them 3 entity i didn't get any result from them.

                Sir Maine 29/09/2020 ko ek 20000 rupees Ka transaction Kiya tha But Abhitak vo Benificiary ke account me credit Nahi hua hai. Jiske liye Maine bhim upi ko Complaint bhi Kiya tha lekin vahan se reply Aaya ki Paisa benificiary ke account me credit ho Gaya hai. Lekin tab bhi account me paisa credit Nahi hua tha. Vapas Maine fir complaint Kiya then fir mujhe same se message Aaya ki Paisa credit ho Gaya hai. Lekin ab bhi paisa credit Nahi hua hai. Mere samajh me Nahi aa Raha hai ki main kya karoon. Main bahot pareshan hoon. Pls MERI problem ko Jald se. Jald solve karde aur mere paisa mujhe vapas dilva den.

                  I, Pooja w/o Naveen, having account no. [protected] with SBI and UPI no. [protected] on phonepe. I have ordered some food at Zomato but it did not receive at ordered address, after some time i.e @ 5:15 PM I called at [protected] no. for refund of payment made for Zomato order. He gave me instruction for getting refund on phonepe, but Rs. 64359/- has been deducted from account via phonepe UPI in 8 (eight) transaction details(i.e bank statement and phone pay transactions) of the same has been enclosed herewith.
                  It is kindly requested to please trace the amount and provide the money in bank account. I will be highly obliged to you.

                      Sir I have done Rs. 700 Upi payment through Phone pay app. Amount debit in my bank account but merchant account not credit. As per merchant asked no msg received in this regard. Marchant show your statement but amount not reflect . (Statement Attached) My tranction time 06:38 PM and dated 25.09.2020. Your customer care asked payment credited marchant bank account but marchant statement did not show Rs. 700 in statement. I am already complaint my concern bank. Please resolve issue the earlier and charge back in my bank account. If amount credited in marchant account please disclose above amount entry.

                            I have made a payment for pc financial service for my loan due, and the amount is also been deducted, i used the cashbeen app and requested from rarozpay and selected googlepay upi. My amount is been deducted from my bank account but its showing still processing, where did my money go then. If the transaction is in processing then how come the money deducted from my account. Due to this the cashbeen pc finance is calling me back to back and forcing me to repay the loan amount. Its been a torture and i am mentally very disturb by this. I lost my money too and the torture from cashbeen to make payment is become burden. When i try to get in touch whit googlepay they are not responding and a very good reason that no customer support because of the lockdown.

                                    Yesterday there was 21204 balance in my bob saving account, a/c no. [protected], today i checked balance through google pay, i found there is -8795 balance in my account. I shocked, how it happened.
                                    I called bank manager but he said, come bank branch but it is 5.20 pm and branch was closed. I tried to file a complaint in national consumer helpline but i couldn't because it was 5.30pm and after 5.30 pm it closed.
                                    I want my balance back.

Today i travel tanjore to tirchy btw there is toll plaza here..in my car i have fastag (Airtel payment) registered.. While traveling i go to cash quene.. I give cash and take a toll i went off.. Afterwise i saw my phone i have a msg of airtel fastag debited amount 65.. And then return back also debited but i give a direct cash.. This not a first time 4 times happen..
