Sir i made payment to assam direct recruitment board for exam fees of rs 1400 but payment was still pending but i have already made payment and money was deducted from bank when i called customer care they said to me money will be refunded within 72 hrs i have waited till 72 hrs but i have not received my money please help me

    Not able to see aadhar Linked with Bank on website

    Not able to see my correct update of aadhar with bank on the portal, I have to complete this information for some urgency.

    Hi Team,

    I am unable to do NPCI linking wr.t. to my SBI Savings account.

    I am holding a savings account at SBI from more than 20 years, currently I am 76 year old senior citizen.

    My finger prints have changed due to my old age, due to this issue bank is unable to link AADHAR to NPCI due to fingerprint mismatch.

    I have been trying to contact my SBI Branch from past 3 months, issue is still not resolved. They have already sent a letter to your department and waiting to hear from your team.

    I am hereby attaching the necessary proofs, my bank has already written a letter to you. Please do the needful at the earliest, I am a 76 year old senior citizen depending on the money which should get credited to my account, I have sold my agricultural crops 3 months ago and yet to receive funds to NPCI issue.

      I have applied for aadhaar seeding with bank account(PNB), and addhar seeding is done successfully but npci mapper is not updated and it is showing previous bank details.

      Kindly help me resolving this issue.

          Dear NPCI team,
          I had linked my aadhaar with my bank account and also checked out aadhar bank linking status in uidai website it shows that aadhar link with central bank of india dated 12/05/2022.

          after that the the transaction failuer and reason is error- 96 Aadhar mapping does not exist/Aadhar number not mapped to IIn.

          How does it possible and how con it resolved.

            I submitted my right issue form with check to ICICI Bank Vashi Sector 1
            The same was submitted on 12/04/22 The employee holds the same without getting in touch with the customer since I'm a customer of the same bank
            The same I have been following up with the registrar but they said didn't receive I later approached the bank and Vinita the employee hands it back to me saying it should be given at Churchgate. now I have lost my right issue of 80 no and the initial amount is also forfieted
            Whose is to be held responsible for this kind of irresponsible behavior
            Further she asked to go ahead and complain So it shows the customer has to bear the brunt and loss if such individuals

              I had recharged my JIO number on 14th March using Phonepe but Recharge was not received. Contacted JIO regarding that so they said they have not received any amount. SBI and Phonepe say they have credited the amount to JIO. My money is stuck from last 1.5 months. Please help

                    Sir I have done a transaction on 7/4/22, of ₹1166 to the merchant flipkart through BHIM UPI, but the amount is debited from my account, neither order confirmed nor money refunded to my account. It's already 16 days over. I call the bhim customer care they told that your transaction is successful but the flipkart is telling the they have not received payment. Kindly do necessary action at your end immediately to refund the amount immediately. Transaction details are attached and mentioned below.

                            Hi my name is sunny, I made a transaction to a gaming website on saturday, 02/04/2022 at 7.31 PM for the amount of rs. 4999.69. UPI transaction id for this is,[protected]. It got stuck. today in the morning at 1.49 AM, it got processed. Now, I contacted the customer service of the gaming platform and they are saying that my bank has declined the transaction. When I contacted my bank, i.e., Paytm payments bank.. they are saying that the amount has been credited to the receiver's account. I asked for the account statement from the gaming website but they refuse to send me the same and said that they can not for the security reasons. I have the screenshot of the conversation with the customer care of the said website. Both the merchant and the bank are saying that they don't have my money. Please do interfere in this and help me get my money. Please do check with the receiver's bank if they have credited the amount to his account. The UPI id of the said platform is [protected]@kotak.

                                Hello Sir/Ma'am I am Shweta Baraik from Ranchi Jharkhand. Today I received a call from this number ([protected] and whatsapp - [protected])
                                he was asking me about a reward that I won from PhonePe of Rs. 5000. He was asking me to do further process in PhonePe app to receive the award when I asked him about his real I'd then he provided me his another Whatsapp number to provide more detail. But when I opened PhonePe to see the reward notification in the app then mistakenly I clicked the proceed option that was already appeared on the screen. Then suddenly I got a message from my Canara Bank that Rs. 1000 has been deducted from my account through PhonePe twice. Then I understood what has happened and I asked him to refund my money but he told me to add more balance on your account to receive the award as my bank balance was very low.
                                So Sir/ Ma'am Please Kindly help me to get my money back. As I am student so that it would be a great loss for me.

Today I got a call from phonepay the numbers are (whatsapp- [protected] and [protected]) as they asked me that I won a reward of Rs 5000 from phonepay and I have to do some further process from my phonepay app. They were claiming that they belonged to the Phonepay company. Then they send a message written Rs. 1000 then they asked me to click the option but mistakenly I touched the screen and the pay option was approved which was showing on the centre of the screen. Then suddenly my money Rs1000 has been deducted from my phonepay account. But then I understood the situations and I asked them to refund my money but due to insufficient balance in my account they said they are unable to do further process and then they dismissed my call.
                                  Sir /ma'am this is my humble request to you please help me to get my money back as I am a student and it would be a great loss for me.

                                    Unauthorized / fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI credit card on dt-29.03.2022 @ 02:30 p.m. of Rs. 59400/- at FLIPKART PAYMENTS - BANGALORE. Total 4 nos.unauthorized / fraudulent transactions, each of Rs. 14850 have been done by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to please stop the payment for above transaction reference numbers and please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.
