National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhaar mapping is not showing on npci

Respected sir,
Name - smt. Kantabai tulshiram patil, anganwadi sevika, himayatnagar 08, tq. Himayatnagar dist. Nanded maharashtra pin 431802
Account no.[protected] sbi himayatnagar, ifsc code sbin0007386
Aadhar no.[protected]
In the above case, the bank has linked adhar on 14.11.2017 & also has given the seeding copy.
But on *99*99# the status is not showing & hence the adhar mapping is not showing on npci & not registered to pfms. Therefore the anganwadi sevika is unable to get her mandhan since last 5 months.
Pls solve the issue.
