[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Matter of Fraud

Few days back I had filled a complaint against insurance brokers/agents to NPCI DEPARTMENT through a person who is employe of your department

He had asked me to pay the amount in the name of NPCI department and I paid.
The thing is I want to confirm whether on my case is NPCI actually working or not
The letter is attached with full details and I have attached the screenshot of receipts I received from NPCI through a person

Please official confirm this that is it correct or doing someone fraud with me

So I had received a call from NPCI DEPARTMENT
HIS NAME IS ROHIT KHANNA
REFUND DIVISION,
Employe I’d - NP2580CI
DELHI HEADQUARTERS

WHILE TALKING WITH HIM
HE SAYS THAT MY COMPLAINT MONEY IS RECORDED EXCEPT THE ONE AND SINCE IT IS LESS THAN 500000/- so I have to pay 166980 ruppes and then u will receive the cheque and this amount will be tax free.
I have got the email also so please confirm it whether it is correct or wrong.
