Dear Sir/Madam, I was paying my electricity bill through my debit card on 10th october but my transaction is failed and deduted amount (11950). I used Bharat bill pay app that time.My amount is not refund still, i also send Mail 3 and 4 time to Bharat bill pay but they don't give me any response.please solve my trouble as soon as possible.
