National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — amount debited but order not placed

I have made an order of rs 1454.94 on 14 the february 2019 through google pay for myntra of google transaction id: cicagkds-avlhw and upi id:[protected] the amount was debited from the account but to received by the merchant. Now i am in total dilemma. The merchant has no solution, the bank, or even google pay. I need to receive my money back. Please help me through thia
