National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Amount deducted from account but order not confirmed

Sir I have done a transaction on 7/4/22, of ₹1166 to the merchant flipkart through BHIM UPI, but the amount is debited from my account, neither order confirmed nor money refunded to my account. It's already 16 days over. I call the bhim customer care they told that your transaction is successful but the flipkart is telling the they have not received payment. Kindly do necessary action at your end immediately to refund the amount immediately. Transaction details are attached and mentioned below.
