Dear Sir,
On 2july2022, 08:06pm i paid a bill of amount 1798/- to MS Rex hotel, Bar and Restaurant Samba through Amazone pay but they said amount not credited in their account even i use scan code from their POS machine. They checked their settlement history and said to me amount not credited to their bank. But amount debited from my account after that i use phonepay and send money to same POS machine then they received the payment. but I did not received the revert of payment done by Amazone pay.
I wait 72hrs for payment but i did not get the revert then i contacted with amazone customer care they said amount will reverted after 10 days (12july2022) But i did not get the amount. Today I again call them they said register your complaint to NPCI. Kindly do needful sir
