National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — debited from account but did not credited in my friend account

I have made a transaction on 25th september which was debited from my account but didn't credit in the my friend account of 100 rupees the transaction details are google transaction id: cicagidg55hdpq
Upi transaction id:[protected] and also made a another transaction of 500 rupees which was debited from my account but did not credited in my friend account the details as follows are

Upi transaction id:[protected] please resolve the.. Problem.. And showing both the transaction waiting for bank..

Google tez app transaction is panding and money is debit from my a/c and not credit in my friends a/c. So please check and return my money in my a/c.
