I have ordered phone from this website www.maxstops.com and completed the payment then days and weeks are over till now I didn't get my order. I contacted to merchant but he didn't answer to me .So I contacted to razorpay because razorpay was the payment gateway for this payment.So I requested to dispute the payment and refund it back to me.They told me file a dispute in your bank and regarding this, then will issue refund to you. I am uploading the the merchant email which he didn't replied to me and customer support team of razorpay
Please sir/mam help me out to get refund as soon as possible
