National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Funds Debited But Beneficiary Did Not Got The Credit

Dear Team,
On 1st April 2021 i have made a payment through gpay and my funds got debited also however the same did not got credited to the beneficiary account. I raised the issue with gpay but they told the funds is settled from there end so then i raised the complaint with my bank they are still working on the complaint. I dont know when this will get resolved, hence i request you to please stepin and help to get my funds back in my account.
