National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — got frauded by two employees of npci

I received a call from one of the employee named Abhishek Rawat on 4-Mar-2024 informing me that they will give me the refund of my dad policy which has been done with HDFC Life Insurance since my dad is no more & I was nominee of my dad's policy. I agreed to that & requested them to refund the amount of dad's policy. After that I got call from one more employee - Raman Bhalla of NPCI regarding the same. I agreed to him also & requested him to transfer the refund amount in my account.

After that both have started demanded amount from me by saying that the amount which they have asked is for the formalities of the policy refund & have given the account details for transferring the amount. Everytime, I asked them for the refund of my dad's policy, they started making the excuses & demanded more money from me & they got around Rs 1, 65, 290/- transferred from me to the accounts mentioned below:

When I got fedup from them & asked for the refund of amount Rs 1, 65, 290/- from Mr. Raman, he said he has sent the refund request to cancellation team & I'll get the refund within a week after HOLI but till now, I've not received my money back.

Today I got call from some other person saying that the amount which I have given to Raman Bhalla & Abhishek Rawat, they have invested that amount in the shares market for 6 years so I won't going to get a single penny which I've given to them for the refund of my dad's policy if I'll not going to pay to them also for the cancellation process.

You are requested to please help me to get the refund of my dad's policy. I'm having details of all transactions done to them along with the call recordings.

Few days back I had filled a complaint against insurance brokers/agents to NPCI DEPARTMENT. They had asked me to pay the amount in the name of NPCI department and I paid. Now they are refusing to give either the refund of my dad's policy or the amount which I've paid to them.

Please help me in getting my amount back from them. I'm in urgent need of the amount.
