National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — I am complaining about failed UPI transaction

I have transferred money amounting to Rs. 3500 to Ms. shipa Rani to her through Phonepy. The said amount was deducted from my account but the said amount was not received by Ms. shipa Rani. Transaction details are given below:
