National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — i am complaining about the inactive the account details in npci

I am getting subsidiary ammount as it is show that due to the account closure it is not transferred resolve please i am in trouble since 5 months as my previous account was closed and new account which i want to add in npci for subsidiary ammount shows in active in npci kindly activate my account in npci and updat my account details as i am enclosing below
