National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — i have transferred the money but that showing pending from two days so how can i refund my money

Sir i wanted to transfer money to a bank and i did but the money transferred has not completed its showing pending so i am requesting you plz help for this how can i refund my money so i have been facing this problem from 3days so please help me sir and plz tell me how can i transfer money easily to another bank accounts thats it and nothing else..
