National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Ipo request rejected but funds are blocked

Myself Pulkit Jain and I have applied in ipo through bhim upi app and i have accepted the mandate request but it rejected due to some technical issues but funds are blocked from my account, and bidding in ipo is also not successful
So kindly help me on this so i will reapply in ipo
