National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — lpg subsidy transferred to an account that i dont have.

Dear sir,
I received a sms saying "lpg subsidy of rs 297.65 has been credited to your account a/c no. Xxx873182 on 10/09/18."
But i do not have any bank account ending with these nos.
I suspect that my aadhar card has been scammed and an account opened in a payment bank or regular bank without my knowledge.
Please advise procedure to undo this
