I sent rs 3000 through upi app 'tez' to one of my friend by putting account number, holder name and ifsc. After sending money money was deducted from my sbi account with a pop up message that the payment was successful. But actually my recipient didnot get the money into his account and my money has gone. I complaint a lot but no result. Please help me out... I am very muslch disappointed. How could someone take my my money away...
