Hi my name is sunny, I made a transaction to a gaming website on saturday, 02/04/2022 at 7.31 PM for the amount of rs. 4999.69. UPI transaction id for this is,[protected]. It got stuck. today in the morning at 1.49 AM, it got processed. Now, I contacted the customer service of the gaming platform and they are saying that my bank has declined the transaction. When I contacted my bank, i.e., Paytm payments bank.. they are saying that the amount has been credited to the receiver's account. I asked for the account statement from the gaming website but they refuse to send me the same and said that they can not for the security reasons. I have the screenshot of the conversation with the customer care of the said website. Both the merchant and the bank are saying that they don't have my money. Please do interfere in this and help me get my money. Please do check with the receiver's bank if they have credited the amount to his account. The UPI id of the said platform is [protected]@kotak.
