Dear sir/ma'am
We are facing problem under reason of multiple connection on aaadhaar for consumer no:610185 mr. Rahul prabhakar padwal, connection in shah gas agency dealer of hpcl (Dealer code[protected] maharashtra state pune city, in june - 30-2018 we did surrender of mr. Padwal old no 621522 by mistakenly & reissue with name change dated on july-03-2018 witch was now active with different number (610185), we seeded aadhaar details in july 2018 on consumer no:610185 (Active) & verify by bank, but the problem is subsidy payment on hold under reason multiple connection on aadhaar, we logged ticket for this reason to dcms support hpcl in september 2018, they send us message :kindly contact hpcl npci team as aadhaar updation
Is not done from our end
Please take this issue on very high priority & please do needful

Mapping my account to npci.my aadhar number has been linked with my bank account.but showing that inactive with npci.mukyamantri yuvanestam amount is not credited in my account.so please link my aadhar number with npci sir.my bank A/C NO:[protected].ifsc no:ANDB0000452.MY NAME:T RAMAKRISHNA. ANDHRA BANKpulivendula branch.Andhra pradesh.
