I have given request to link my bank account with NPCI at 20/7/2019 but still now it is does not link sir I am middle class student my scholarship is pending due to this please resolve my problem as early as possible

Sir,
I'm Pratik . My saving account NPCI status shows active in bank but it is inactive in uidai portal . So I can't receive my gas subsidy.
Please solve my query.

I made a payment on Google pay it is on hold I am complaining from 6 months there are not responding I complained to Google pay and also sent the bank statement to Google pay they raised an issue but u are not responding to that
